We started our agency right here in Yorkshire with a simple, heartfelt belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity, comfort, and joy in the place they love most which is their own home.
Our Approach

By working closely with you and your family, we create a flexible care plan that is as unique as you are. Our goal is not just to help with daily tasks like preparing meals, taking medication, and personal care. It is also to support your independence, improve your wellbeing, and make sure you always feel respected and in control of your life.
Our Team & Mandatory Training
The heart of Natural Pearl is our wonderful team of carers. We choose our staff not just for their professional skills and experience, but for their warmth, patience, and genuine desire to help others.
Every member of our team completes the same required training when they join Natural Pearl. After that, their training is tailored to meet the needs of our staff and the elderly clients we support. We continue to take on new training whenever needed to make sure we provide the best possible care for our elderly clients.
Current mandatory training includes:
- First aid
- Food hygiene
- Fire safety
- Equality and diversity
- Safeguarding
- GDPR
- Health and safety.
