What We Do
At Natural Pearl, we offer a wide range of flexible care and support services, all designed around helping you live happily and safely in the comfort of your own home.
Home Care
Our Home Care service (also known as Domiciliary Care) provides regular, scheduled visits from a friendly carer at times that suit you. From just 30 minutes to several hours a day, it’s a flexible way to get the help you need without disrupting your independence.
This service is ideal for individuals who:
- Need a bit of help with specific daily tasks like getting dressed or preparing meals.
- Would benefit from a friendly, regular check-in to ensure they are safe and well.
- Are looking for support for a loved one who lives alone.

Live-in Care
For those who need more continuous support, our Live-in Care service provides a dedicated professional who lives with you in your home. This offers a constant source of one-to-one support, security, and companionship, providing a reassuring and effective alternative to moving into a residential care home.
This service is ideal for individuals who:
- Have more complex care needs that require constant support.
- Feel anxious or are at risk of falls when left alone.
- Are returning home from a hospital stay and need extra help to recover.
- Couples who wish to stay together in their own home but need significant support.

Supported Living
Our Supported Living services are designed to empower individuals with disabilities, learning difficulties, or long-term conditions to live as independently as possible. We provide tailored support within their own home or community, focusing on building life skills, confidence, and achieving personal goals.
This service is ideal for:
- Adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
- Individuals transitioning from residential care to living on their own.
- Anyone who wants to live independently but needs a structured support system.

Befriending & Companionship
Sometimes, the most valuable support is simply having someone to talk to. Our Befriending service is designed to combat loneliness by providing a friendly companion for a chat, a shared hobby, or a local outing. It’s all about providing social connection and a reassuring presence.
This service is ideal for:
- Seniors living alone who miss regular social contact.
- Individuals who have become isolated due to illness or mobility issues.
- Anyone who would simply enjoy sharing a cup of tea and a good conversation.

FAQs
How much does home care cost and how can it be funded?
The cost of our care is tailored to your individual needs and the level of support required. After your free home assessment, we provide a clear and detailed breakdown of costs with no hidden fees. We support both privately funded clients and those receiving funding from the Local Authority (Direct Payments), and we are always happy to have a confidential chat to help you understand the options available.
Are your carers trained and DBS checked?
Absolutely. The safety and peace of mind of our clients is our highest priority. Every carer on our team undergoes a rigorous selection process, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and thorough reference checks. Furthermore, all our staff receive comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to ensure they always provide the highest standard of compassionate, skilled care.
Will I have the same carer for every visit?
We understand how important a familiar, friendly face is for building trust and comfort. We do our very best to ensure you have a small, dedicated team of regular carers. While we can’t guarantee a single carer for every visit due to things like holidays or illness, we always prioritise consistency and will make sure you are properly introduced to any new member of your care team beforehand.
How do I start the process of arranging care?
Getting started is simple and pressure-free. The first step is to give our friendly Gainsborough team a call for a confidential, no-obligation chat about your situation. From there, we’ll arrange a free home assessment at a time that suits you to listen to your needs in detail and help you understand your options.
Can I change my care plan if my needs change?
Of course. We know that circumstances and care needs can change, sometimes very suddenly. Our care plans are designed to be completely flexible. We conduct regular reviews with you and your family to ensure the support you’re receiving is still perfect for you, and we can easily adjust your plan as required.
